John Floyd is a Certified Specialist and has devoted many years in the workers’ comp field representing self-insured, municipalities, insurance companies and employers. He has served as an Arbitrator, Mediator, and Judge Pro Tem, as well as being an expert witness in bad faith claims and is a Certified Administrator for Self-Insurers. Mr. Floyd is an Advisor to Employers’ Fraud Task Force.

Nick Roxborough is often described as a legal and professional “difference maker” in California. He specializes in representing insured and self-insured employers as well as large stakeholders in complex workers’ compensation issues across the country.  Nick has worked closely with and chaired the California Insurance Task Force, which recommended many solutions resulting in major legislative changes in the workers’ compensation industry. In addition, Mr. Roxborough is an Advisor to Employers’ Fraud Task Force.
